My name is Ken Lopp and I started Get It Paid after years of frustration trying to obtain judgments and still not getting paid.  I have over 25 years of experience in credit, finance, and collections,  15 years of which were in banking where I was Vice President of commercial lending.  I left banking to take an opportunity with a fortune 100 company where I became Regional Director of Credit.  I managed large Accounts Receivable and Collections departments in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, California, Hawaii and out to Guam and the South Pacific. 

Too often I found myself in court obtaining a judgment and still the debtor would not pay.  I had few options: hope the debtor’s conscience would convince them to pay or continue paying hundreds of dollars an hour for an attorney to pursue enforcement.  However the attorneys would typically hire a private investigator to locate the debtor and their assets and income.  The PI’s bill would then be added to the attorney’s bill whether or not I ever received a penny on the judgment.  I was throwing good money after bad.  It was in this position I realized the need for a judgment enforcement specialist. 

 I now devote my complete time and attention to enforcing money judgments.  With years of experience and through contracts with non-public data bases, I track down debtors, locate their hidden assets and income then file all necessary documents to get your judgment paid.  I do this all at no cost to you.  I pay for all investigations, document preparation, filings and appearances, legal service, Sheriff or Marshall’s fees and all necessary attorney fees.
